North Carolina Locations
Training sessions can be done either at a gym, private home, Claire's Gym, on Zoom or FaceTime or, my favorite, using the great outdoors as our fitness center.
Using a gym requires that you either have a gym membership or you pay a day use fee. As of 2018 I am training out of Cape Fear Fitness, Southport.
I have also set up a nice outdoor training space at my home , Claire's Gym, on Oak Island in the shade of my carport complete with a padded rubber matting workout area & two large box fans for the warmer weather. also included is all the filtered ice water & electrolyte replacement supplements you might need.
Training from your private home is easy as I bring all of my training tools to you: fitballs, bosu balls, TRX, Rip Trainer, resistance bands, dumbells, kettlebells...you get the idea. We can be as creative as your space will allow.
Outdoor training sessions involve using any outdoor location available to our needs: the beach, a park, a school football field &/or track. I bring all of my bag of tricks to you to deliver a great workout in the great outdoors.
